"The Internet was great, but charging people for doing laundry at a Residence Inn, which offered home-like conveniences, seemed very disappointing! Also, for breakfast, having fresh bagels, rather than cold from a freezer or fridge, would certainly be way more appetizing! I wasn't a fan of the chunky eggs either, or lack of potatoes! Improving the quality of your products would go a long way, which I find inedible currently! I'd even pay extra to have fresh oj rather than drink that horrible concentrate machine mix!!! "

"Check in was weird (staff unfriendly) and very behind schedule. Our room wasn't ready at the 4pm check in time, so we had to wait around. "

"It was nice and clean. The ac did not work we checked in late so we didnt call the front, we went straight to bed. That was a huge bummer, we were very sweaty. But other than that the room was fine. "
