"We had no cleaning of the room. We stayed 2 nights and the bed was not made, no new set of towels as requested, no garbage emptied. We addressed the issue with the front desk man and not only did not help to remedy the situation, he also was very condescending and did not care at all. Very rude man. Then, he called our room at 3:00 am in the morning in the middle of the night. It was very obvious it was done on purpose to disrupt the sleep.
