"I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did. Wi-Fi connectivity was so poor it was effectively unusable & instead, I relied on the data connectivity from my cell phone. "

"The hotel was modern with the room being clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the busy road at the front of hotel. Reception were very helpful and quickly moved me to another room at the back of the hotel for the second night of my stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable. There was a pleasant sea view over the rooftops. The staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and provided between 630am and 1030am. I enjoyed my stay, thank you."

"Could not begin to count the number of cockroaches that we killed during our stay. Door to the balcony was secure shut, so you could not get fresh air or natural light. Breakfast is skipable (bad coffee & an overcooked pastry). Good location near the metro, rooms have AC. "
