"Room 715 has bed bugs. Gave us another room but would not launder our contaminated clothes because we were not Premier Club members. We were forced into buying new clothes at 10:00 at night.and bags to seal up contaminated items for our trip home. I would not recommend staying there."

"The bed clanked loudly every time you sat on it and the mattress really hurt my back. I don't think it was the mattress but whatever they were using as a bed frame that had no stability to it. Other than the bad bed everthing else was fine. "

"Prices were less expensive, property was clean, room was nice...what else can you ask for...some of the businesses/restaurants inside hours the hotel weren't the greatest..."

"Akter my husband and I waiting line to check in for about 45 minutes, we were told that the hotel did not have our reservation. There were three clerks checking in hundreds of guests and it was so chaotic. We called a Hotels representative and all the people that helped us were amazing. They tried to call the hotel and talk with someone, but was either hung up on or no one answered the phone. Luckily, we only lived about 90 minutes away, so were able to drive home after the event we came to attend. The staff did not seem to care that we had a reservation, and they made no effort to assist us with another room or suggestions of where to stay. I understand the hotel was busy and they said they were fullI, but their customer service skills were nonexistent! The hotel was under contraction, so that added to the chaos as well. "
