Hotel muito distante do aeroporto de Porto Alegre.

Tive primeiramente uma surpresa, pois estava fazendo a reserva em Porto Alegre, e fui pelo preço e pelas recomendações. Dias após ter feito a reserva fui entender que Gravatai, não é um bairro de Porto Alegre, e sim uma cidade vizinha , bem distante,do aeroporto.Café da manhã, bem feito , com omeletes e outros pratos feitos na hora, serviço da recepção , bem prestativos, em geral vale os pontos, mas não para quem quer ficar exclusivamente em Porto Alegre.

Melhor suporte de logística

O hotel é muito, ótimas acusações e bom serviço. Achei muito caro um simples expresso com leite e o suco de uva do jantar... Literalmente aguado. Pedi um táxi que foi prontamente solicitado, mas veio um carro muito ruim e o taxista tentou me estorquir desligando o táximetro e querendo cobrar +- quatro vezes mais e acabou em bate boca para ajustar a corrida.... O hotel está fora do centro e deveria firmar umas parcerias para atender os clientes. Mandei o mesmo texto para o hotel, mas não tive retorno.

No respetaron la reserva

A pesar de haberme comunicado por mail, a pesar de haber llamado a través de expedia ( lo hice con el 0800 de expedia ), no respetaron la reserva y me enviaron a otro hotel , hotel radar, que es muy, muy inferior en calidad y tuve que pagar el mismo precio!!! inaceptable!!!

Gostamos muito do hotel, pela tranquilidade e atendimento dos funcionários. Meu esposo e eu viajamos com meus pais e os dois quartos que ocupamos tinham roupas de cama e banho em excelente estado. O café da manhã que deixou um pouco a desejar, mesmo assim eu recomendo.

Buena ubicación si vas a trabajr

El Hotel es bueno y están bien mantenido. LA ubicación es adecuada si vas de trabajo cerca del Hotel y no tienes pretenciones de turista ya que no hay nada para visitar o recorrer en la inmediaciones. Lo malo: reserve habitaciones con cama matrimonial y me asignaron con dos camas singles. Lo bueno: me permitieron el ingreso antes del horario del check-in (por eso no protestamos por el cambio de camas). Buen desayuno y buen Restaurant, con precios accesibles. Estacionamiento gratis.
