Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again.

Property is very Large and quiet. It has adult and children pool, and good Food. Need a car or ask for golf Cart to reach rooms. Internet is really not good. Small gym, although with very good quality equipment. Perfect for those that want to be alone.

I honestly cannot even begin to describe how incredible our stay at Spatia Comporta was. Everything was dreamy. Totally worth it. We literally did not leave the property. The restaurant ORA is also fabulous. Staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. Also book a spa treatment with Ginny!!! She is a doll and works magic. Definitely would recommend and will be back! P.S. there are NO ubers/bolts in Comporta if you were planning on leaving Spatia - they can book you transportation, but honestly you probably won’t want to leave once you see how gorg the property is!

Relaxing and gorgeous

Spatia was amazing - quiet, relaxing, the nicest pool I've seen and exceptional service, particularly from Kiran and Birendra. It is a beautifully kept property. Excellent food and attentive team. Easy to drive into Comporta. Can't recommend highly enough.

The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No offense to the team it is a gorgeous hotel, pool, restaurant, etc!

The downside to this property we the lack of lighting in the evening - dangerous as we were with my 83 year old father in law . This was a serious problem And needed to use phone light - also very difficult re lack of signs in small writing and no lighting at night x Car park bays ridiculously small with the poles - this was very annoying and dangerous with a bigger suv . However , room was lovely and facilities very nice . Some music would create a nicer atmosphere

The reception staff needs better training. The morning and evening staff don’t communicate, they contradict each other, and there is no accountability. It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication. We found Spatia Comporta extremely peaceful, relaxing, & absolutely beautiful. The young staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially on the weekend. I was debating between 2 hotels, and felt the images of Spatia Comporta did not quite do justice - in capturing the beautifully landscaped tranquil environment, & level of serenity in all the details - this coming from NYC. The main pool area for adults only was so peaceful I didn’t want to leave. The only recommendation we would suggest is in the bedding. We had come from the Intercontinental & was a little surprised about the harder bed & pillows. Regardless, something about the air & being there allowed for solid sleep & I awoke feeling refreshed, albeit a little sore. I did a morning yoga on our private deck & simply sat in the quiet for a few minutes to truly exhale. I loved it & hope to return.
