Friendly staff throughout the building. Clean room. Oreo treat & bottles of water on the desk in the room, nice touches. Still had real food on the midnight menu at the attached bar, which was greatly appreciated. The stay was short but sweet. Thanks for everything!

It’s a little dated but very spacious and clean rooms. The Staff is outstanding! It has everything you need, Pub, Family Restaurant and lounge. The food is excellent and the Prime Rib is amazing! It is right next to the mall so anything you need is a walk across the parking lot.

We love Grande Cache. Especially this cool iconic hotel. My family loved the wonderful attentive staff. Food here is tremendous. I highly recommend this Hotel for everything it has to offer. Great location.

Excellent stay in a beautiful place!

My room was very nicely decorated with Hudson Bay blankets and canoe art. The beautiful slate tile shower with a rain shower head (and 2 other shower heads) was very nice. Service was excellent. The food in the attached restaurant was really good too.

Front desk staff was terrific, friendly and informative. We had a bit of a complicated booking, but everything got sorted no problem. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Dining options for any time of day at the hotel, and anything else you could need right around the hotel. Would absolutely stay again on our next visit!

I had a dated room and hear the newer rooms are lovely. That wasn't what I had but the beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing despite the provlems with check out and needing to spend time on the phone helping them correct it that evening after I got home.

The room is outdated still comfy to stay, staff are nice and attentive, one downside though the free breakfast we thought the breakfast would be at the restaurant but they only serve muffins,cookies and coffee and it runs out quickly. Still good though, overall nice hotel convenient as well around the hotel, there’s groceries, restaurants or cafe around the area.
