Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck.

Older small motel but nice place to stay. Located on beautiful Grand Lake. Location is ideal as it is very convenient to the water front, restaurants, shopping and activities around town.

The only redeeming thing about this place is the location. It's central in town and has nice views of the lake. Otherwise, it's outdated, bordering on decrepit. The bathrooms are particularly run down and my shower had a dead bug in it. And there doesn't seem to be a way to control the volume of the TV. I would not stay again.
