This hotel was very clean! It was quiet. It seemed smaller than other hotels. We also LOVED that. The room was spacious, the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom counter was large! Great for me bc i have ALOT of make-up & hair products. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in a central area that’s close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. What we really enjoyed, however, was the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms as well as the continental breakfast and the fantastic staff!! Overall best hotel experience we’ve had in all our visits to Grand Forks. We come every few months for the weekend.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I find the rooms to be relatively nice and clean. The front desk area appears a little old and rundown, and belies that the rooms are pretty nice and well kept.

Great hotel

This hotel is great. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel. Will definitely stay here every time we come to Grand Forks. Also the girl at the front desk at check in was so friendly and helpful.
