"Love it"

"Loved the tavern and seating outside, the grocery across the parking lot had everything you would need. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The walls are a little thin but we always travel with a sound machine so no issues. The bathroom was small but had everything you need. I would definitely come back!!"

"I wouldn’t bother staying here again. A ‘hotel’ where there is no cleaning, not even alternate days. We had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. No spare towels, we used the same for 3 days and had to share 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. The microwave was filthy with food splattered all over it. The ceiling is so thin we could hear every movement above (floors creaked, bed squeaked) and the trains are constant which can’t be helped. Bathroom curtain ripped and smelly from a drippy old shower. This hotel certainly needs a lot of work to be updated. The tv was basic channels, no tv guide and no option for any other services. On the upside, the beds were comfortable."

"The grounds were well maintained. The rooms were nice. Bed was very uncomfortable lumpy. The big issue was 2 mornings in a row, no coffee.it ran out and no one was making fresh coffee . I had to go complained to the front desk ,she went back to talk to the manager of the kitchen to get them to make coffee"

"All staff snd good service was courteous friendly and willing to assist at any point we had questions. Highly recommend El Tovar to anyone desiring a laid back old time Grand Canyon experience. The view and walking is right ou the front door. Well done El Tovar"

"Everything about Little America was better than expected. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel location (just off the freeway), the on-site amenities, quality of the food - all impressive. Definitely will be coming back!"

"We were only at Bright Angel for 2 nights but it would have been really nice to have real cups in the cabins for coffee or the wine we brought. The paper cups leaked and we constantly had to go back to guest services for more. The Fountain was closed so access to coffee or a quick snack didn’t seem easy. Staff at the front desk didn’t offer maps so we went back twice to ask for trail maps and map of the property. The activities staff were great!! The cafe food was great and most affordable. "
