Condo Rentals in Granada Department

"I lived here for 2 months while volunteering in Granada. It definitely fit my needs - comfortable self contained unit with kitchen, not directly in tourist zone, 10-15 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores & market, pool, reliable wifi, good fans, quiet location. AC in living room and bedroom, and hot water but i didn't use them. Amelia was very responsive when i was asking questions and getting organized, and Nora did a great job with cleaning and even had a propane refill delivered within 15...

"The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...

"The stunning location and view of the pacific is breathtaking. Literally on the beach with a central pool shaded from the palm trees helps keep it cool. We saw whales in the bay, plenty of chatting birds, and via golf cart you can seek out the howler monkey troops to have a mini safari. Daily if you like. "Ricardo was a great host. He was very responsive and immediately worked to repair anything that needed it during the holidays. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5, my 3 kids shared a room with bunk beds and my husband and in the master. The beach is right in front of the property which was the best part. Definitely one of our best stays at Iguana."
