Hotel excelente en todos los aspectos.

Un hotel excelente! Desde el check in hasta el desayuno. Respeta las normas Covid19 al cien por cien. Aquí me siento seguro. Las habitaciones muy amplias con mucho comfort. El baño muy limpio y moderno. El personal, tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno muy atento y amable. Volveremos!

sehr tolles Familienzimmer

Sehr freundlicher Empfang; leckeres Frühstücksbuffet; Familienzimmer war 1a, kleines Vorzimmer mit Etagenbett für die Kinder und Türe zum "Hauptzimmer"; Zimmer ausgestattet mit grossem Schrank, Schreibtisch, Balkon etc.; Bad ist auch super; früheres Restaurant oder frühere Bar ist umfunktioniert und kann für take-away (COVID) Verzehr benutzt werden und hält auch viele Spiele und Spielsachen für Kinder bereit. Talstation der Bergbahn ist in angenehmer Gehdistanz, super Sache. Empfang ist mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet; Lift und Gänge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dies sind ja aber lediglich die Durchgangsbereiche und das Zimmer war 1a.

Gemütliches und sauberes Hotel an guter Lage, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum. Wir wurden mit dem Elekrotaxi beim Parkhaus abgeholt weil das Hotel im autofreien Teil des Dorfes liegt. Toller Service! Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet, einzig die Betten dürften mal ersetzt werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück in hellem freundlichem Frühstücksraum. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, wie fühlten uns sehr wohl im Alpina!

Hotel ist sauber und an einer guten Lage. Bei uns im Zimmer war es kalt, da etwas mit der Heizung war. Es wurde aber nach der Meldung an der Rezeption innerhalb 1 min ein Heizkörper gebracht. Top Service! Das gesammte Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und Kinderfreundlich.

Einfach gemütlich

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Elisabeth und Elsbeth waren ausserordentlich nett und haben sehr gut für uns gesorgt. Der Standort des Hotels ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Parkplätze waren im Nachbarhaus vorhanden (kleiner Aufpreis Fr.6.-/Tag, kann im Hotel bezahlt werden)

Next to the centre of Graechen Town, restaurants and shops very near, only few hundred meters to lifts. Very cosy and friendly staff and service. Easy access to slalom hills, with no queues, and great slopes.
