"Room was dirty and had holes in walls and door had huge gap you could see guests walking by had switched rooms and the second room had bugs on bed front desk promised refund but manager is never around to process it now matter what day or time Expedia calls or I call we checked out due to the hotels bugs and stained bed sheets and now they add an additional charge of 312 dollars for early leave also they are people living out their car in the back parking lot"

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the room with a kitchen, since eating out is not an option for me. Unfortunately, the “kitchen” was completely unusable—it had no pots, plates, utensils, or even a single spoon. It was essentially empty. To make matters worse, the room didn’t have a bathroom sink, which meant we had to use the kitchen sink just to brush our teeth. That setup was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. There were also only three outlets available in the entire room, so we had to unplug lamps just to charge our phones and other devices. Another major reason we booked this hotel was the included breakfast, again to avoid eating out. However, the breakfast was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of the variety shown in the pictures, there were only a few hard, stale biscuits with gravy. It was extremely disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations at all, and we would not return or recommend it."

"Room was disgusting. I found a live moving bug in my bed. I have video of this. Also I did not feel safe there. Multiple men just “hanging around” the upstairs exteriors and one sitting on The stairs which I needed to go up to get to my room. This young man did not even move so I had to walk past him to get by. Checked in and left 1/2 hour later and went to another hotel. "
