Hotellet trodde vi hadde ikke bestille eller betalt på forhånd. Takk og pris at vi hadde utskrift av bestilling og betaling med oss, siden internet var veldig dårlig. Positiv alt transport til byen og tilbake var gratis.

Did not respect reservation. I had to make last minute changes to find a new hotel during the most busy weekend in Goroka during the Goroka Show. The staff came up with horrible excuses saying that they had fired the person in charge of online reservations. From my plane, 7 other people were in the same situation. Staff utterly unhelpful.

Wast on money for 8 days no hot water no fan no t

Terrible you would only come here if last option .Most of the staff very good but they lost my passport for 24 hours so could not change money .The last days they lost my laundry so left without.They lost my booking it took 3 days to sort out . It's the worst experience I've had with Expedia don't know why they listed there better places even lodgers . Expedia was quick to help and fixed booking but with Goroka sing sing I had no chance to go to better place .

Surtout à éviter.

Quand nous sommes arrivés ils ont expliqués que expedia n'avait pas transmis la réservation . Nous étions plusieurs dans la même situation en plein festival de goroka nous avons finalement trouvé une chambre chez l'habitant mais avons eu très peur de dormir dehors. Ils sont clairement aussi responsable s que expedia. En attendant nous avons du risquer notre vie dans une ville très dangereuse la nuit alors que notre réservation avait été faite un an avant et confirmée 2 fois par expedia. Les 2 sont à éviter car expedia à laisse cet hôtel sur son site alors que les problèmes semblent exister depuis un an.
