"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the premises were clean and well maintained. The only one side for us was that overhead shower was not working, only the handheld one. Which is not a big issue but would’ve been nicer if both were working."

"The only great thing about this hotel are the views and the staff. It is very tired and the so called fabulous restaurant isn't even open for dinner. It is out of the way too. Nowhere ti sit and admire the views unless in the restaurant areas. How you describe it as exceptional is beyond me"

Everything was in place for this, so Harry’s will see us again! Their mid-Europe locations tend mostly to suit if you have an Austrian destination or place where short stay fits well. Villach is a very important place, and has been since I first visited 65 years ago."
