Customer service was great the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. Gentleman working there also very polite and friendly, hotel has been updated and prices are awesome, comfy beds and kitchen is so convenient for us to cook meals. All around I enjoyed my stay!

The property is new and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, when I explained I needed a bottom room for my puppy, the woman at the front desk (from South Africa) told to pay a pet fee and it could only be cash. I explained I only had $15. She said great it’s $10. Motel 6 DOES NOT charge pet fees and I was advised (and given the number) to call corporate from Motel6 reservations. She scammed me and that’s the reason for the low score.

The first room had a live scorpion, dead roaches in air vents and dead bugs behind furniture. Next room was not too bad, a few less dead bugs behind furniture and a weird stain on one of the chairs. Wouldn’t stay here again

Drinks that normally cost you $2 at a corner store they charge 3$ prices are ridiculously high and they don’t honor the Expedia price The lady that works during the night is sweet and very helpful. The guy is rude. I will not be going back. And neither will family members that would go there when it was DAYS INN

They cancelled my room by claiming that they don’t have the type of room I booked. Instead of clearing up with Expedia themselves, they asked me to talk to Expedia instead. They refused to offer me any kind of room and told me they couldn’t help me. They were overbooked and they just use this kind of excuses not to honor my booking. This is unacceptable customer service and I would never stay with it or recommend anyone to stay there.

It has been several years since I stayed at this hotel and I could not believe how much it had changed! The hotel sign states newly renovated and kitchenette. There is a kitchenette area but there is no coffee pot, utensils, cups,plates, etc. the beds were made up and clean; however, the bathroom had not been serviced, toiletries were used, toilet bowl and shower were not cleaned and no tissue. All pretty basic stuff. The room needed a fresh coat of paint. Had this not been the only room to book in the area, I would have left.
