Reservation issues, took a long time to check in. Friendly staff. Hotel ran out of towels and was only able to have initial towels in room from first night of a 4 night stay. Room was clean and beds were good. Hotel is a bit run down, but for just a place to sleep for a night, it is okay.

As a mom when I come out and stay with one, then both of my kids but mostly alone… I always feel safe and taken care of. I have had other hotels, motels and even a free stay at a B&B offered, but I will always choose Quality Inn stays. They truly make you feel like family!!

Everything was good, even the breakfast for a Sunday morning. Giving a 4 because I don’t like showers with a shower head hose, just not enough water for my hair but that’s all

The room smelled of construction workers-----oily. Accessible bathroom was not really accessible. I was to stay 4 night but only stayed 1 night due to the room. Holes in the carpet. Did not feel safe.

Clean and comfortable with helpful desk staff

Clean and comfortable with a real couch in room instead of chairs. Only problem was the ice machine was broken, but office manager supplied us ice from the office staff ice maker.

It was kept clean. The only thing i missed was the eggs and sausage they didn't have. But the manager was very nice about everything.

Helping a stranger

Stay here was exceptional from start to finish the room was asked prescribed the manager post was professional and friendly. When he saw I was walking with a cane he came to my room and offered to help unload my luggage I was very surprised at this extra attention.. I noticed that about people in Texas friendly and looking out for each other even if they’re strangers

I absolutely love the staff at this hotel! I wish everyone remembered that when they are looking for cheaper options they are NOT going to get the same accommodations as the Ritz Carlton. This hotel is conveniently located, easy to find, has great parking, and is pet friendly. The owner is SO responsive and friendly and really wants his clients to have the best experience possible. His willingness to make sure my needs are met, makes me feel like a valued customer and I know I will have a safe and comfortable place to sleep for the night. A comfortable place to sleep for a low price and a kind and courteous staff is what I want and what I get at this Quality Inn. YES... We will definitely stay there again!
