"Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central. 2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places. The room sizes are good. These are the good points. The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc. My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money"

Je woont met mensen samen in het huis, want er zijn meerdere verdiepingen, dat kan geluidsoverlast veroorzaken. Een grotere koelkast met groter vriesvak is wenselijk. Er was alleen digitale tv met Apps, wij kijken liever gewone zenders. Verblijf was schoon en ruim. "
