"We particulary liked the warm and friendly welcome. Always appreciated when you're in another country for the first time. The room was all that we could have wished after a long day on the road. The breakfast was superb both in options and presentation. It was apparent from our farewell that the operators enjoyed having us stay with them. Smiles go a long way!! "The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."
