The property and grounds were great for the kids, could easily watch them in the pool or running around the grass area and plenty of room inside. Pool and spa were pleasant. The property itself could do with a bit of TLC, curtains were mouldy, bathroom drain seemed blocked and found a number of items from previous guests under the bed. There were a number of roadworks going on outside the bedrooms which of course was not the fault of the property but just letting people know that it made for a nimber of disrupted sleeps.

First day of our holidays we got terribly shocked! We've booked Key Largo Appartments based on google reviews and even the price was slightly high for our budget, we thought at least we are going to stay at an amazing place. We drove from Sydney and were getting there a bit late and Angela, receptionist, was good and orginised our keys and check in details safely stored at the front of the hotel. Thank you! However the cleanliness of our room was absolutely discusting and shocking! It was so outdated, old and dirty. The cushions were stained, the carpet was oily, stained and ripped at places. The sheets had also stains and blood stains on it. Kitchen has oily stove and funny smell. The worst of all there was dust everywhere , the thicket layer i have even seen in my life and the curtains to the front littlest yard had mold on them, absolutely disgusting!!! We have payed for this nightmare $1800 for 5 nights stay. Our son has dust allergy and started having heavy breathing. There was one half toilet roll in the bathroom and no bathroom utensils whatsoever, only half used soap container, probably left by an old tenants. We couldnt sleep all the night and asked for a refund at the reception. Angella was lovely and made cancelation smooth for us. I would highly recommend to clean and refurbish this unit asap. Luckily, we've found an amazing hotel for the same price with ocean view and very clean facilities after checking out.

Angela was a great host, very welcoming. The appartments are in great proximity to life guard towers so you don’t have to go far to be able to swim between the flags. So many great food options close by also. The apartment we stayed in is a little tired but functional and we weren’t there to spend time sitting around inside. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the kids loved the spa and the pool (both heated). I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute booking due to a disasterious ‘air-b-nb’ experience and Angela the manager was a ‘gem’. Room and facilities in small intimate resort were fantastic and right across from Buriegh beach. Highly recommend. 👍

Property was in a great location. Clean and tidy unit, spacious and well equipped. Linens all good quality and clean. Ground are beautifully kept and were lush and green. No lift, which we knew about. Was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the lounge/dining/kitchen area, only in bedrooms.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. All appliances worked, ie washer, dryer, microwave, oven/grill. Be aware apartment is on 3rd floor with no lift which we found difficult with large heavy suitcases. My daughter and I arrived outside office hours but instructions to access keys and property were sent prior to arrival & very clear. When we did meet Angela she was welcoming, cheerful and encouraging as were her staff. On departure they carried our heavy suitcases downstairs, so appreciated. The grounds are lovely with well maintained shrubs and flowers, the hot tub was great. Despite a huge apartment block in front of Key Largo, our apartment still had a seaview to one side. There are a few minor things we could mention ie toaster but we feel overall we had a great stay, in a lovely apartment with a great host and would stay there again.
