Precisa de treinamento urgente

Muito confuso o atendimento tanto na chegada como na saída, a culpa não é dos funcionários e sim de um sistema que eles não sabem mexer e nas duas ocasiões precisaram de ajuda. O quarto que ficamos é muito bom, cama boa, bem iluminado, espaçoso com uma mini cozinha. A pressão da água no banho é maravilhosa, nota mil. Não pegaram documentos da minha esposa, por que? E se fosse uma menor de idade? Não existe registro nenhum da passagem dela por esse hotel, erro gravíssimo.

Hotel sem café da manhã, quarto pequeno e banheiro com defeito na parte hidráulica, com vazamento de água. Ar condicionado de frente para a cama, complicado. Colchão da cama ruim, minha esposa amanheceu com dores nas costas. O atendimento bom, mas sem mensageiro... limpeza legal e boa localização.

Quarto pensado para o conforto

O quarto, o mobiliário e sua disposição surpreenderam. Tudo ali foi pensado para que o hóspede tenha conforto tão logo chegue ao apartamento. Lugares de apoio à disposição, um pequeno sofá, uma mesinha de trabalho, lixeirinha para servir o quarto, apoio para a mala de viagem, uma mesinha ao lado do sofá etc. Recomendo apenas haver papel higiênico de melhor qualidade no banheiro para que a experiência da hospedagem seja perfeita. Recebi atendimento cortês e atencioso. Localização desse hotel é excelente em bairro nobre

Precisa ter um padrão e melhorar

Achei o apartamento muito ruim em alguns aspectos. Não há um padrão. Como viajei com amigos e cada um ficou num quarto, pudemos comparar. Meu quarto tinha cortinas transparentes. Não consegui dormir direito porque ao clarear o dia o quarto clareava. Nos quartos dos meus amigos havia cortina com blackout. Falta de padrão total.

Péssima experiência

Cortina não tem blackout, impossível dormir após 7h. Televisão não funcionou, nem o controle do ar condicionado. Banheiro alagando por falta de reforma (rejunte do box solto). Quarto tem tamanho bom, com varanda, tinha tudo para ser muito bom, como era na administração anterior, quando o nome era Vivence Suites. Mas para tanto, precisa melhorar o serviço, o mobiliário e fazer pequenas reformas. Mesmo que o preço tenha ficado um pouco menor, a má qualidade e conforto não compensam o preço.
