Vale se for na ala mais nova

O ponto alto do hotel é o estacionamento com muitas vagas, mas que exige paciência e habilidade para estacionar. O café da manhã é completo e saboroso, e é possível ver o trabalho do pessoal na cozinha que aparenta limpeza e boa organização. O atendimento é muito bom, pessoal atencioso que procura ajudar os hospedes da melhor maneira, apesar das limitações do hotel. Sobre as limitações, a porta do quarto não tem trava interna, então para trancar a porta é necessário tirar a chave do suporte que mantém a luz no ambiente, trancar a porta e retornar antes da luz apagar e o ar condicionado desligar. Manobra desconfortável para o hóspede. Não há chave extra e a chave deve ser deixada na recepção, um procedimento pouco usual para hotéis. Apesar do quarto ser confortável, grande, e estar supostamente limpo e arrumado, havia baratinhas.

Boa estadia, com problema resolvido.

No geral, foi uma boa estadia, entretanto um ponto negativo deixou uma má impressão do lugar. No quarto ao invés de uma cama de casal tinha duas camas de solteiro juntas somente enconstadas uma na outra. Solicitei a troca de quarto e foi sugerido que um quarto com cama de casal seria mais caro, pois era outro tipo de quarto. O problema é que no anúncio do quarto em questão não informa que poderá ter duas camas de solteiro juntas, e sim "uma cama de casal ou duas camas de solteiro". Agora uma pergunta aos proprietários: Se vocês se hospendam com seu cônjuge, vocês esperam uma cama de casal (de verdade) ou vão dormir de forma desconfortável em dois colchões de solteiro enconstadas? Por fim, atendente da recepção Viviane, resolveu a situação com empatia e prestatividade, trocando-nos de quarto. Outros funcionários falaram que tem muitos quartos assim e que todos os clientes reclamam, inclusive eu vi outro cliente reclamando do mesmo quarto, depois de mim. Não sei se é uma prática comum nos hotéis da região, mas os donos deveriam priorizar o conforto do cliente, pois ninguém se hospeda em hotel para ter uma noite mal dormida. E o curioso é que na redondeza tem vários comerciantes de colchões, acho que dá para resolver isso aí né.

Adoramos, e voltaremos com certeza

Nos hospedamos por um final de semana e, no geral, a experiência foi bem positiva. O café da manhã é um destaque: bem completo, com bastante variedade e tudo muito gostoso. A cama também era super confortável, o que garantiu boas noites de sono. Alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar: o banheiro tinha uma janela estragada, mas nada que comprometesse a estadia. As chaves ainda são do modelo antigo e só disponibilizam uma por quarto, o que dificulta um pouco dividir o acesso com outra pessoa. O estacionamento é incluso, o que é ótimo, mas o acesso ao subsolo não é dos mais fáceis. Não encontramos o controle remoto da TV, mas conseguimos usar pelos botões do próprio aparelho, então deu pra resolver. No mais, a equipe foi super simpática e atenciosa, sempre prestativa deixo aqui um abraço pra todos, realmente fazem um excelente trabalho.

Atendeu nossas necessidades completamente. Coloquei baixa pontuação pé tinha um fio dental sobre o criado mudo quando entramos e não tiramos, no segundo dia arrumaram o quarto mas o fio dental continuava ali, até que nós colocamos fora.
