A funcionária da recepção foi grossa.

Durante os 2 dias não limparam o quarto, o hotel não faz comida ou seja você não consegue pedir nada lá, não servem nem mesmo uma água, não possuem canais para assistir, nem qualquer coisa de lazer e o bairro é perigoso! Cafe da manhã bem fraco, não recomendo, peguem algo próximo há 44 que é mais seguro !

Hotel bom e econômico

O hotel é ótimo para passar o final de semana, fica perto de tudo e é bem fácil chegar nele. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas o conforto do quarto compensa esse ponto. Os funcionários são bem solícitos e simpáticos. Uma ótima escolha pra quem quer economizar ou está indo com um grupo grande.

O quarto é muito pequeno, em especial o banheiro. A pia do banheiro é muito pequena e a torneira tem sistema de economia de água, o que dificulta muito quando vamos fazer higienização pessoal.

Ótimo custo benefício.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, na volta de Caldas Novas para retornar a São Paulo no dia seguinte. O Hotel bem limpo, novo, o banheiro muito pequeno e o colchão da cama duro. Atendimento bom, café da manhã com poucas variedades, mas bom. Atendimento bom, funcionários educados. Um bom hotel para se hospedar por pouco tempo. Custo benefício muito bom.

Hotel novo e tudo limpo. Café da manhã excelente.

Gostei e recomendo. Hotel novo e limpo com um ótimo café da manhã. Somente o chuveiro com água gelada não me agradou. Internet e estacionamento grátis.

Hotel novo, limpo e bom atendimento.

A única reclamação em relação ao hotel foi o problema com o ar condicionado. O quarto que fiquei era pra 5 pessoas. Com isso,o ar condicionado foi ineficiente. Estava muito calor no quarto e o hotel não tinha um ventilador. Entretanto, meu amigo ficou no quarto de casal e me disse que o ar condicionado era perfeito. Gelava bem.

Hotel muito bom, localização ruim

Estive hospedado no hotel por razões de trabalho. Apenas da localização não ser muito boa, o hotel é muito bom. Com ótimo serviço de recepção e de café da manhã. Como eu não conhecia a cidade, a recepcionista Thaís fez questão de me dar várias dicas, sempre muito solícita e simpática.

O hotel é novo mas falta planejamento. Café da manhã fraco, seria melhor nem fornecer e reduzir o preço da diária.. Possui estacionamento mas é extremamente reduzido, sendo necessário trancar carros.. Me acordaram as 07:00 para eu descer e retirar meu carro para um hóspede sair. Atendentes atenciosos mas despreparados... Cama extremamente dura, banheiro apertado mal cabe 1 pessoa. Serviço de quarto não existe, é necessário ir até a recepção pra pegar água.
