We stayed 2 nights in the presidential villa. Beautiful property with highly attentive staff. Delicious food, amazing views. Very cozy feel. Very clean. Great private pool and hot tub. Fireplace in the villa and fire pit outside by the private pool. Aleks, our butler, was amazing and was always available. The coffee was delicious! In-room espresso machine, French press, and V60! Overall it was amazing!

Honeymoon - brilliant stay

The resort was beautiful - an private onsen straight out of our bedroom with a view for miles down to the ocean. Plants everywhere, felt remote and peaceful. Staff were polite, interested, and thoughtful. Amazing, restorative stay.

Very good place to relax and enjoy the Bali forest. The hotel is very quiet with many activities offered. Villas are very spacious and well decorated. Swimming pools and jacuzzi are amazing. I can say with my hand on my heart that this is the best resort i have ever been in. Everything was so perfect. Good service, everyone was very kind and helpfull. Staff was very nice, condition of room was OK, tons of bugs but you are in the jungle so I guess to be expected. Not as eco friendly as they claim - change towels even when hanging on the rack and only sell bottled glass water in restaurants even though they have filtered water, with no glass waste, they don’t offer it. TONS of children… not an adult holiday.

Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!

Delightful location high up in the mountain in a coffee plantation. They treated us like queens. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 friends had knee issues and they would promptly come pick them up on a golf cart. We sat in the hot tub above the infinity pool looking across the stunning panoramic view and pressed a button and were promptly served. They served the best seat in the house for us at the restaurant with a reserved sign at each meal. The massages were outstanding, and our rooms were fabulous. Felt like royalty. The staff are so friendly, remembered us by name and so accommodating. Would definitely go back if I was ever in Bali again. An outstanding experience.
