"The food service was a little slow and when using the bathroom in the lobby you are scrutinized for using it instead of your room when coming back from walking around Salem."

No place for smokers. Front entry foliage full of cigarette butts. Couldn't use key card and back or side doors. In a poor location in not a safe neighborhood. Overall, in my opinion, not up to IHG standards"

"They threw me out. I didn’t appreciate anything that happened there. Apparently the front desk wasn’t able to operate the credit card machine to place a hold on my credit card. I was asked to leave very disappointed in your services."

"Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always packed so depending where we were going sometimes it was hard to merge onto and then over two lanes. Other than these two things we really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and the staff was lovely!"
