"Police patrolling the parking lot upon arrival made parking very difficult. Security deposit was 2X the price of the room itself; shower/tub shelves were full of mildew, and hand towels in the bathroom were not washed and full of dirty handprints. The kitchenette and refrigerator smelled very strongly of vinegar, making the coffee & ice taste like vinegar too. The bed was very comfortable, as was the reclining chair, however not enough to have me stay here again. "

"Architecturally beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean, updated, crisp linens, good bed and pillows. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it was well worth it. I really enjoyed my stay at this Hyatt. It will be my go to whenever I need to stay near O'hare."
