This is the 3rd time that I've stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This was particularly evident this trip as Fraser was always very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, pubs, best sites to visit in Glasgow and other locations throughout Scotland. He was just an awesome host. The rooms are always clean and everything in the room worked just fine. I'll be going back again next year and look forward to my stay at this same hotel.

Location is great, 5 minute walk from Glasgow Central. Lots of shops in the local area. Property needs a makeover, looking quite tired in parts. Rooms are small but suitable for 1/2 night stay. Air con is a bit hit and miss. Bathrooms are a decent size. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on the bedding, chewing gum stuck to the peephole. Floor was pretty dusty and generally needed freshening up. Corridors are noisy, can hear doors slamming and people walking up and down corridors.
