The staff were all really helpful at all times. For the price, which I think was higher during the Commonwealth Games, the breakfast was very basic and the room was okay but the shower was not great and was difficult to operate

Good hotel close to West-end transport links into the city centre. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located to the side of the hotel backing on to the hospital. There appears to be a power or aircon system on the roof of the hospital building giving off a constant buzz/mechanical noise, only dampened by closing the window.

Good location for travelling in centre of Glasgow with easy access to train station. Triple room was great for travelling as a group. The main stairwell and toilets in reception had a horrible smell of damp and the carpets on our were stained and in need of a clean.

Stayed a twin room with my son for one night. Staff were fantastic - really hospitable Scott, the bar manager, was really friendly and helpful - a great guy. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Room clean, comfy and quiet. Would stay again. Thank you

Great location and Staff all lovely and friendly. Very helpful when we had a problem with our room. Unfortunately despite good facilities, the room in general was tired. It was missing bedside tables with an imprint on the carpet where they had been. Some stains on the curtain, chair and carpet. The bathroom clean but bath quite stained. Lovely breakfast, well catered for a variety of dietary needs. Although again, areas in need of attention- Coffee machine was very dirty and spill tray full etc.

Hotel is dated and tired and in need of refurbishment. Three out of seven lights didnt work in the room. Food was mediocre but served a purpose. Great location and easy parking at an additional cost.
