"Clean room and staff was great. Mohammed and Abdul were amazing the entire stay. They both made sure we had transportation to each destination and back. They showed us the different Bazaars, Restaurants, and some other stores as well. It was a great experience overall. They are very kid friendly as well which was a huge PLUS for us. "

"This is a truly 5 star hotel all around.. room, facilities, amenities, pool, lobby all so nice, comfortable, and clean. Everyone is so helpful, smiling, and kind from manager Yahya to security personnel, to everyone else inside the hotel or outside.. everytime we're in or out at the entrance, or at the street in the front of the hotel they are there to help and to greet us, my wife and myself. We didn't try the food because we're always out and about.. next time we will .."
"Room was clean enough, bit you're mostly going for location and price here. Very affordable with good access to the Giza Necropolis and a short taxi ride from the GEM. While the hotel itself is a very good experience, be aware that the streets immediately outside the entrance are filled with touts and hawkers aggressive hounding you. Don't speak to them if you aren't intending to buy something. The nearby shops are charging tourist premiums, and many items are 3-5x more expensive than you will pay elsewhere. (most restaurants are ok). You can get Ubers quickly (much cheaper than local taxis) just outside the Police traffic control barricades on the main street in (a three minute walk). The rooftop restaurant is quite nice and has good prices. The AC is cold and two 600ml bottles of water are provided daily. Very good experience for a solo traveler, just need to be cognizant of the local touts."
"I’m surprised the ratings for this hotel were a 6. It doesn’t deserve that. This is a very nice hotel with a convenient location near the pyramids and the national museum. The aesthetics are nice and the pool is lovely. The food is excellent however the staff doing room service really needs classes in English. Or change the menu to number options. Everything I ordered via room service was slightly off. I stayed in two rooms over 6 days. The suite is amazing and I highly recommend it. My biggest issue is that both bathrooms I had in each room had a mold build in the tile corners. This should be addressed asap"
"The staff was great to me and my wife, the food was very good and the staff were helpful when it came to doing activities outside of the hotel. Will stay here again when I come back to Egypt"
"This is probably the nicest place to stay in Cairo at this time. It's closer to Giza than the other major hotels on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet is awesome - make sure to try the Fava bean thing that you dip pita in, you have to ask for it. The pool is nice (though it's freezing cold for some reason). Everything is very tired, the rooms, the common areas, the decor, the pool chairs, the cabanas... so it feels more like the three seasons than the four seasons, but compared to the rest of Cairo, this does feel like an oasis and I was happy to get back to the hotel. I recommend a room facing the pool. The pool is between the hotel and condo towers and therefore protected from the constant street noise. Dont worry about nile views, it's nothing to see, and I think some rooms advertise pyramid views but you won't see them with all the smog. Also, know that the river boat is kind of a joke, it looks like an 1980s casino boat or something and the food was mediocre, no one else was there, just eat in the hotel. We had a suite and it was enormous, with two bathrooms a living room and a dressing area, and the A/C worked super well and was quiet. If you are going to Cairo, Id recommend staying here."
"The property and the views to the Giza pyramids are good, the only downside of this is that the room had the ceiling cracked all over the room, so the A/C was not getting cold at all, it always stayed at 24 Celsius in the room."
"Enjoyed my stay a lot, roof and room view on the pyramids. Staff is super friendly and helpful, Sandy, Iman and Islam were extremely welcoming. Recommended!"
"We got upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and couch. We actually switched rooms three times the first room had a nice balcony but no hot tub. The second room had a hot tub but no balcony and a semi abstracted view of the pyramids. The last room was great but had limited tv and WiFi service but excellent view of the pyramids. The staff Yessir, and Yusuf were amazing. They took us everywhere we needed to go and they great recommendations for local restaurants nearby. They also book all of the excursions directly, including airport transfer, makeup, guide. Overall, a great experience. I have complaints about the trip overall, but that’s more of a general issue and not specific to the hotel. If you are going to stay in a pyramid district, this would be a good choice."
If you want to find a place to stay with a small number of rooms and a more personalized environment, a bed and breakfast may be the perfect thing for your trip to Giza. A trip to Giza wouldn't be complete without a stop by Grand Egyptian Museum or Dr. Ragab's Pharaonic Village if you're someone who could spend hours browsing exhibits.
