"The property is really beautiful and authentic with cave stay . It was an unforgettable experience for us on our anniversary day - they provided us with local wine, and special arrangement in the room with a fruit basket . We absolutely loved everything about the property like rooms with candles, sharing history about the hotel, the location is very central, restaurant in a cave setup was so stunning . We loved the cocktails, light bits there and not to forget a lavish breakfast spread was amazing !! Thank you to the staff for such a nice customer service . "

We had traveled long and far it was so nice to have a human actually be there to welcome us (Francesca, too) as opposed to emailing a password no to enter the facility and here is your room number; essentially on our own in a foreign country. "We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station. But it was a very pleasant surprise! Large yet very clean. Exceptional staff at front desk. Great restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff there were awesome as well. Our room was large and very comfortable, as was the bed. We had the pool (which is massive) all to ourselves for over an hour. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beutiful. Parking is easy and very affordable. Great stay, wish we had booked our 1st night in Bari here as well since we had a car to get us into town. If there's a next time, we'll be back."
