The house consists of an entrance / living room, kitchenette, bedroom, large living room and bathroom. Characteristic of the house are the very thick walls that guarantee a perfect and constant climate in all seasons.
The house is located in the historic center of the city of Ginosa a few meters from the main services.
You will be surrounded by a typical Apulian environment among characteristic alleys that smell of "south".
You will have a few steps from the house, ovens, groceries and butchers with typical local products, bars, tobacconists, ATMs and shops while remaining in the tranquility of the ancient village.
You can reach and visit on foot, the Norman Castle, Piazza Orologio and the Gravina di Ginosa that will give you a new show that will leave you breathless.
At about 20 Km you can breathe the sea air of Marina di Ginosa, a famous blue flag tourist seaside resort.
At about 20 km you will be immersed in the fantastic Matera, the city of stones, capital of culture 2019.
