Loved the jacuzzi and the rainfall shower. Beds were hard and I’m pretty sure this is a “love hotel” definitely not family friendly but good for the one night we were there. Reception doesn’t speak English so you will need translation.

최악의 예약

호텔스닷컴 예약 이메일과 예약자 예약번호를 보어주고 알려줘도 무슨말인지 뭔지 모르겠다는 황당한 답변과 무작정 세워놓고 예약자 이름과는 상관없는 내용만 주절주절 하시는... 이럴거면 도대체 예약은 왜 받은건지. 대충 빈방 불러주고 거기서 자라는 황당한 답변만...최악ㅠㅠ

무인호텔 개념이라 서비스와 직원의 친절함과는 다소 거리가 있음. 객실내에 흡연이 가능한지 객실 테이블에 재떨이와 라이터가 있음. 객실내에 담배 냄새가 살짝 나는 점이 불만족.

이번이 두번째방문인데 방도깨끗하고 아이랑 쓰기도 괜찮았습니다 다만 욕실에서 샤워하다가 나와서 보니 방에 물이 다 젖더라구요 너무놀랐습니다 그점만 빼고는 다좋았어요

비추천, 호텔이 아니라 모텔임

기대를 품고 도착한 호텔이었으나 실상은 모텔임. 주변은 온통 모텔촌입니다. 가족여행은 비추. 모텔 주인아주머님 너무 불친절함. 정말 다시는 이곳을 방문할일은 없음. 고객한테 퇴실전부터 인터폰으로 왁왁댐. 이유는 호텔스닷컴사이트에서 추가 예약을 했다는 이유로~ 환불불가임에도 연박예약은 불가라며 예약을취소하라고 난리, 환불불가예약이라고 해도 주인장은 모르쇠,실랑이 끝에 1만원 추가 지불하라고함, 이 졔안도 거부하자 마지못해 일있다,며 일방적으로 인터폰 끊음. 몹시 불쾌함.

가족여행 비추, 모텔, 불친절!

서울에서 김해 장유 한달에 한두번정도 출장을 오는곳입니다. 매번 묵던곳이 있었는데 기분전환겸 이번 출장에는 이곳 디럭스룸으로 1박 예약을했어요. 그런데, 갑자기 퇴실전에 상황이 바뀌어 1박을 호텔스컴사이트를 통해 추가 예약을하게 됐는데, 주인아주머님, 12시30분경 인터폰하더니 연박예약이 안된다며 화를내내요. 연박예약이 안되는건 상식(?)이라며 왁왁대는데 귀청 떨어지는줄~ 그래서 사이트통해 예약을했다고하니 모텔측과는 상관없는일이라며, 환불이 되건말건 다시예약을 하라내요. 헐~ 그리고는 저힌테 그런상식도 모르냐며 또 왁왁!! 해외여행을가도 현지호텔 연박 추가예약 아무 문제없었는데.. 저도 무식한 사람 취급하는 주인아줌마한테 화를냈내요. 그럼 호텔스컴에 객실을 내려놓던가~ 사이트를 통한 연박은 불가하다,는 안내문을 고지해두던가 하라고~ 그랬더니 1만원을 추가로 지불하라내요. 사이트를 통해 예약하면 모텔측이 그만큼 손해라고., 짜증나서 못하겠다, 연박 예약 문제, 아주머님도 호텔스컴측과 해결하라,고하자 그제서야 알았다,고 인터폰을 뚝 끊음. 완전 기분 나쁘고,너무 불쾌하내요. 서울서 5시간을 넘게 운전하고 내려온곳 사진과 후기가 좋아 특별히 바꿔본 호텔이 걍 모텔이었고, 상가들만 즐비. 암막커튼 있다더니 암막 커튼도 없고~ 창문넘어 보이는건 모텔뿐.. 쇼퍼는 너무 딱딱 나무 의자에 앉는 느낌이고~! 주인아주머님 사정이 있다고해서 방문한 고객한테 상식을 들먹이며 환불불가인 예약을 취소 하라, 환불여부는 호텔스컴측과 해결해라, 추가요금을 내라,며 귀청떨어지게 왁왁대는건 아니라고 봅니다. 이번 출장은 불쾌함으로만 기억될듯... 수건,물 교환도 안해주내요. 물은 그냥 편의점서 사왔고, 수건 요청한지 1시간10분째... 아직도 도착전이내요. 휴~정말 짜증~! 호텔스컴측은 이런 사항은 고려 안하시나요?

가성비 좋은 숙소입니다.

김해 출장때마다 항상 숙박하는 곳입니다. 사장님도 친절하시고 상태도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다. 거기다가 출장가면 항상 차를 가지고 가는데 주차 걱정이 없을 정도로 주차장도 넓어서 좋습니다. 또 숙박하러 갈게요.

정말 만족스런 출장숙소입니다. 쾌적함을 느낄수 있는곳^^ 가까운곳에 각종 편의시설과 더불어 짱입니다. 조금 이른 체크인인데 혼쾌히 해주시고 다음 출장때도 이용할 계획입니다
