"The ocean view was disappointed, you see just a small part. They have a laundry machine but is not available for guest. I didn't understand why they put something people can not use. The closet hanger were so high that you must be over 6ft tall to reach them. Everything else was really good."

"Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well."
