We added on the buffet which was excellent and filling. We also added the club lounge access which was very satisfying to come back to after a long day in Cairo. The staff could not be any nicer and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure."

"We were only at the Novotel Hotel for an overnight layover for our trip from Cairo to Calgary, so we didn't use any of the amenities at the hotel other than our room, but it was comfortable and the staff were helpful."

"I didn't use the shuttle taxi, so I'm not sure, but the staff was friendly and the accommodation was clean. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was satisfactory."
