Ok hotel for the price

The hotel itself is very modern and located very centrally. However the walls are paper thin which makes for an extremely noisy stay. They also make you leave a 50RM deposit which is very annoying as i was flying to Singapore after my stay resulting in having a 50RM note in my wallet on the way to the airport.

Arrived here after a long day. The man at the front desk insisted on collecting fees that had already been paid. I told him he had already been paid but he would not let us check in and we were tired so I paid them. When we got up to the room it was filthy. The bathroom was completely filthy as was the bedding not to mention the hair in the bed where the sheets had obviously not been changed. The outside nor the inside looked anything like the photos. I tried to get with customer service but the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work as well. No toilet paper even. I ended up having to eat the cost of this room for 4 nights to go stay somewhere. Also when I left I showed him the email where the fees were paid and he gave me my money back after I proved it to him. The whole place is a scam and avoid it at all cost. I’m going to dispute the charges to my credit card as it was too filthy to even stay one night.

2泊しました。立地とスタッフの対応は良かったのですが、客室は最悪でした。シャワーは水しか出ませんでしたし、排水が悪く仕切りから水が溢れ出て洗面所が水浸しでした。トイレの蓋、タオルハンガーは壊れたまま。またカードキーはボロボロでセロハンテープでつぎはぎ状態。フロントは24時間対応と施設案内にありますが、チェックアウトは朝8時以降しかできませんでした。また、ルームクリーニング（毎日）と施設案内にありますが、ランプを表示させて外出したものの、戻った時は出かけたままの状態でした。施設の写真はいつのものなのでしょうか。現在の状態とあまりにもかけはなれています。宿泊料金に見合うホテルではありませんでした。

Whole hotel needs a good clean. Lobby area with broken seats with signs on do not use . Air con units leaking water in reception they don’t put bucket under them or towel just left to flood floor. Room key 3 times in 5 days . Window would not close . Housekeeping arrive late afternoon . Loud music every night between 9pm and 3am from near hotel so you don’t get good sleep not hotels fault that . Overall not great a coat of paint in rooms to hide the many stains would make it look a bit better

I didn't actually stay long enough to check in. This place's 8+ rating could not, in my very humble but fact-based opinion based on the experience of actually being there, be more inappropriate. If you care to look at the reviews online you will note the most recent is 2022. The reason for this is clear when you arrive. We felt very uncomfortable with the set up and instantly decided to stay somewhere more amenable.

The presidential studio suite is spacious. It provide a budget yet not cheap experience. The bathroom design is very nice.

Hotel is still new. There is no designated place for grabcar to pick up and drop off as lobby is at first floor, it is hard to hop onto/off a car along the roadside when there is traffic coming.

the room was not big but nice and clean , air con work very good , , the mall is next door , night market is near , the street art is about 10-15 min walk . the cental bus terminal is next door , you can take a bus to the national park and the the hill and the temple , the bas is only RM 2-4

It is ideally located, making visits to attractions relatively easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is substantial and it is the same everyday. Light sleepers may have difficulty sleeping as throbbing music could be heard nightly from 9pm till 3 am.

Convenient location and great price

Hotel is established less than a year and so the condition and upkeep is excellent. Place is conveniently opposite Komtar for easy travelling around Pulau Penang. However, while not the fault of the hotel, there will be mosque prayers and the occasional late night karaoke being played loudly elsewhere

The hotel is located at the very centre of the town and easy access to other main attraction places too.. the family room is very spacious and had a simple deco. The staffs quite friendly and all I can say the hotel is simple and clean. Please maintain that !
