Nearby to town area, reasonable price and a walking distance to food hawkers. Available parking lot. Also next to a mosque for those would like to perform prayers.

Very strategically located, walking distance to many food outlets and tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, but a bit lack in term of facilities. No small fridge in the room, and only one plug point to charge your phones.

Pros: cheap, clean, good water pressure, location. Cons: limited tv channels (no local malay channel. At least can put Astro Ria), no mineral water in the room (they provide cukko water dispenser outside the room)

Excellent stay.

Excellent stay. The hotel is just near; - most of the attractions, walking by distance. - the night street market and full of bar / lounge. A very lively area by day & night.

Decent In Georgetown~

Location: 4/5 (If you are into Chulia Street and the various heritage zones, then this area is good enough) Cleanliness: 4/5 (Generally clean in and out of the hotel) Service: 4/5 (Nothing to shout about either, checking in was fine and room service was barely used so can't really comment much) Amenities & Facilities: 4/5 (Everyting was working fine, and the usual toiletries are provided) Room: 4/5 (Slightly small but decent enough to sleep in)

Only cleaniless. Very inconvenient don't hv lift. Very irritating & noisy when hearing malays praying. Worst was booking confirmed 2 rooms for twin sharing but when checking in they gave us double bed. After long arguing, they just gave 1 twin sharing. This type of service cannot b accepted

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, staff are really friendly, rooms are very clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as most of the shops, restaurants and bars are just within walking distances. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Penang! :)

廁所很多蚊，是從坑渠進來的。加一張被要收每天3馬幣，但送被的時候沒說，check out時直接扣訂金。其他酒店都沒有訂金，這家收訂金就是為了亂收費用！

Small room, but quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Internet not the best but good enough for guest who staying for a night or two. Only thing missing was a fridge. Fridges are not available in any room. That's not good for guest that like to stay more then just 1 or 2 nights. Location is also ok. There are restaurants , small shops and even 7 eleven in walking distance.
