Feels like a home

Best experience in unforgettable trip. They have extremely friendly host who helped out on our first trip to Penang by introducing us the area around, which saved us the time to figure out what to look out for(eg. stall operating hours, traveling time, mode of transport etc). It was unforgettable that the host even offered to fetch us to our destination around that area early in the wee hours since it is hard to grab a transport at that time.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well.

Stayed in the mixed dormitory. The bed is clean and comfortable, and it's nice to see that they have a socket available for every bed. Shower rooms come with heater and soap (yay!). And yes, you can have as many cream crackers as you like at the snack station. Was literally munching them away at 2 in the morning LOL. Oh, there's a cool water dispenser too - not many hostels would offer water dispensers for the price I am paying for! :) Really satisfied! Very close to 1st Avenut and the KOMTAR Bus Terminal, as well as the famous coffee shops at Lebuh Presgrave. I'd definitely recommend this for others hehe!
