"The photos are outdated and the rooms photos were as well. Our TV was not working and we asked for service, never received. Staff were extremely friendly but the outdated rooms were unexpected. "

"Uncourteous staff. They picked up a phone call and didn’t help us for a while when we were checking in. Other staffs didn’t help either. At the end they didn’t get us enough directions in this big hotel. But the valet guy was chill & helpful. "

"First night had no hot water at tub or sink. Friday night, sketchy individuals hanging around elevator with no kept trying to operate elevators. Two elderly ladies struggling with luggage cart because none was available to help them. Esspresso machine at coffee bar inop both days. Flip side, small plate food at bar was quite good. Knowledgeable tenders. Neat/clean work out room. Could be so much better with rough edges taken care of"
