La habitación super linda, los detalles de acabados y calidad de la habitación son de alta gama... Nosotros llegamos por la tarde 7:30 pm (Solo una noche) lo que nos complico el Check In, se me hizo muy complicado de entender las indicaciones que nos dieron para el auto Check In, por lo que fue un poco difícil, pero una vez ingresado todo fue super excelente La chica de los desayunos (Una chica Venezolana) super amable. El baño genial pero esta separado de la habitación es solo un detalle a considerar pero todo muy bonito.

Consigliatissimo! Posizione centrale, ben collegata, alcune fra le maggiori mete della città si raggiungono facilmente a piedi. Il b&b si trova in un bellissimo e tranquillo edificio storico nel contesto di una piazzetta incantevole. La nostra camera era dotata di tutto il necessario e arredata in modo elegante ed essenziale. Attorno c'é un'ampia scelta di ottime soluzioni per pranzo, aperitivo e cena, alcune con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Chi gestisce il posto é molto gentile e superdisponibile. Insomma una bella esperienza

Struttura raggiungibile a piedi proprio di lato la chiesta di San Marco. Il parcheggio disponibile solo a pagamento presso un garage distante 6/7 minuti a piedi. Vicolo molto carino con tanti locali Il palazzo è visibilmente un palazzo d'epoca ma dotato di ascensore. L'appartamento è ben arredato si presenza con un ingresso come reception e un corridoio lungo, a dx le camere e a il bagno annesso. La nostra camera era una tripla abbastanza ampia e ben arredata dell'essenziale I letti e i cuscini molto comodi Purtroppo nonostante il diffusore a disposizione e l'autunno inoltrato le zanzare ci hanno accompagnato tutta notte...armatevi anche di spray. Dalla finestra non si sentivano rumori tanto da non accorgerci della pioggia fuori l'indomani mattina. Il bagno si trova nel corridoio di fronte alla camera, ma è personale. Purtroppo il nostro molto piccolo. Essenziale, ma per me che accompagno ancora mio figlio nelle sue attività facevo veramente fatica a muovermi con lui. Lo consiglio più per una coppia e non per una tripla. Gli altri bagni visti dal corridoio erano davvero belli e molto più ampi. La colazione viene servita al mattino in un tavolo comune nella cucina davvero caratteristica e ben rifinita. Varia fra dolce salato e frutta Con brioche calde, torta biscotti un vassoietto di affettati e formaggi Succhi e Yogurt molto buoni Tutto dall'aspetto gradevole In compagnia della signora che sa come intrattenere i suoi ospiti e si vede che ama molto il suo lavoro.

Great Location but Building Management a let down!

Instructions to find location were great=however where in building, how to get in etc was not detailed enough. Although we advised of our arrival time-no one there and had to wait 10 mins for someone to arrive to check us in/give us access. We got into room and naturally with it being 35 degrees out-we put on air conditioning. We left for an hour and a half and upon our return got a note "inside our room" saying we had left it on, now it was leaking and we could now not use it at all. How does running it for 1.5 hours regardless of if we were there or not mean "we broke it". We called the contact for the site and got no answer and as such got no additional room with air-which is what we paid for! Also keeping windows open is a concern as it is noisy and there are mosquitoes (plus it was very hot out!). The location is perfect for all you need, facility was very clean and outside of the issue with air was well appointed. However, not having standard check in is an issue and naturally not being available when there are issues with the facility is also a huge caution! NOTE: although taxi's know where the Piazza is, it is very small roads and hard to get there. The day we arrived was a festival so they couldn't take us to it and pulling cases on these cobble stone roads is hard to do. On pick up, taxi did get in but got into a massive fight with 3 other vehicles who were not please having to wait while we loaded our luggage in the trunk!

Très bien

Bel établissement malgré un extérieur qui ne fait pas rêver au premier abord. Accueil chaleureux. La salle de bains et les toilettes privatives à l’extérieur de la chambre ont été une véritable surprise. Malgré la privatisation de ces derniers, c’est toujours délicat de traverser un couloir commun à toutes les chambres pour faire un brin de toilette.

Amazing!!

An amazing B & B. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, lovely proprietor and the best breakfast I think I have ever had , even better than in top hotels where I have stayed in the past.. Couldn't recommend it more highly and would definitely stay there again. Top marks!

Extremely disappointed. Awful customer service, I would not recommend to anybody. I booked this hotel through Expedia, however the correct date was not selected. I immediately called Expedia to correct the mistake, however they were unable to help initially. After hours on the phone and much confusion, the hotel owner was unwilling to refund my booking - despite me already booking for the correct dates as well. Further, based on their check-in cut off time, I could not have even checked in for the reservation that was made in error. Needless to say, I cancelled my future stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The main value of this property to us as visitors to Genova turned out to be its location. Located in the centre of Genova within easy walking distance to all primary sights in the city and many restaurants. The metro station to connect to points further outside was a block away. We had confirmed our arrival date and time as requested, but on arrival still had to call and wait for some time for someone to come to check us in. It was a good thing that the taxi driver from the airport was able to drive us to the door and come with us into the apartment house to assist in finding the place. When the receptionist finally arrived the welcoming was brief and cursory. The ‘apartment’ was clean and adequate for short stays. However, the stove did not work and there was no other appliance to even make a coffee in the morning. The bed was comfortable. Overall, would not chose to stay there again.

This is a B&B in a very old building, with thougtfullu decorated rooms. Rooms have privat baths, but each is actoss a hallway. We knew this hoing in, so it was OL, but a bit odd.

Outstanding Hospitality and Clean, Attractive B&B!

We booked this room via Hotels.com upon our mid-day arrival on Friday at Genoa Piazza Principe train station, and enjoyed a leisure stroll through the historical center until we reached La Piazetta around 4:00 p.m. The main door was locked, but a telephone number and free Wi-Fi passcode were clearly displayed on the door. This was very fortunate because our only way to call was using our iPad with just Wi-Fi. We were informed there was a mixup in our reservation, but that someone would meet us at La Piazetta in 20 minutes to rectify the situation. When the owners arrived they explained that La Piazetta had been fully booked before the weekend, but Hotels.com (Expedia) neglected to update their database and should not have allowed us to book a room. Marco and Inna were very apologetic and assured us they could find a room at another B&B around the corner at no additional cost. While Marco made the arrangements, Inna graciously invited us to the breakfast room where she served us expresso and cookies. This gave us an opportunity to view their beautiful B&B, which was very clean, attractive, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a delightful chat with Marco and Inna, who are very friendly and personable, and they walked us to the other B&B and pointed out local history along the way. They remained with us while we checked in to make sure we were satisfied. We look forward to experiencing a delightful stay and hospitality at La Piazetta next time we visit Genoa!

Fabulous find in the Centre of Genoa

Couldn't have found anywhere more handy and accessible to everything, Metro, buses including the airport bus, restuarants and shops. Absolutely great find. Breakfasts' were delicious and beds incredibly comfortable.

Accommodation very central if a little hard to find.very clean. Comfortable bed,lots of clean towels. Breakfast was lovely fresh fruit,fresh croissant,breads,egg,cereal etc. The owner Helena even made breakfast 30 minutes early for us as we had to leave early for our flight.

Heel fijne B&B op een unieke plek.

We verbleven vier nachten in de herfstvakantie. Een fijne kamer, goed bed, fantastische zorg voor een gevarieerd ontbijt door de aardige eigenaren. Maar het meest genoten we van de unieke plek. Aan een prachtige piazza, in het hart van de oude stad. Metro en busvervoer is vlakbij, zo ook veel bijzondere bezienswaardigheden. De stad was een ontzettend leuke verrassing, een aanrader en zo ook deze B&B.
