Da wir schon 2-3 Mal im Hotel Astor waren wussten wir was uns erwartet,sehr freundliches Personal,ruhige Lage, gut gelegen(Nähe zum Meer nah zum centro)! Das Frühstück hat sich über d Jahre verbessert,lokale Frischprodukte,wie saisonale Früchte ( also keine Äpfel um Juli) Beeren Melonen etc wären noch perfekter! Leider war unser Doppelzi sehr klein! Nr 224!Aber sonst kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne zurück!

Convenient, friendly hotel in Genova Nervi

This was my first stay at Hotel Astor, and I was very happy with it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ample and delicious (eggs, juice, fruit, yogurt, meat, fresh pastries, etc.). Location is in a small suburb of Genoa, a few minutes walk from train station (about 10 minutes by train to Genoa city center) and also a few minutes walk to the beautiful walkway above the sea, named "Anita Garibaldi". My room was super clean and bed very comfortable. Decor is basic and simple. I had lunch and dinner in their restaurant, and it was delicious and reasonably priced. I look forward to staying here again because of quiet yet convenient location, friendly staff, and cleanliness.

Hotel 3 stelle spacciato per 4. Nota positiva la Posizione era perfetta a due passi dalla passeggiata che porta al mare e alla stazione. Camera piccola e un po' datata, ma pulita la colazione è solo fino alle 10 ,noi convinti fosse fino alle 10.30/11 siamo arrivati alle 10.10, ma la sala era gia' chiusa, noi rimasti senza parole!! Per rimediare ci hanno dato comuque delle briosche e fatto accomodare al bar, ma è stata una colazione fugace senza infamia e senza lode. Parcheggio a pagamente 10€..

Indubbiamente la natura circostante è generosa e l'albergo ne ha cura. La struttura è però datata e merita un restiling. La stanza, per la verità piccolina, mostra l'età e la sorpresa del televisore senza cavo di alimentazione elettrica è veramente una ilarità. La signora alla reception è intervenuta prontamente, un plauso, ma non ha potuto risolvere totalmente la questione. Il parcheggio a pagamento, 10€, mi sembra eccessivo considerando che un hotel posto esattamente sul lato opposto della stessa strada non lo fo pagare. Colazione ben assortita e varia, nulla da dire. Un bel po' di riserve.

Bon hôtel pour les personnes valides

J'avais réservé une chambre pour personne a mobilité réduite, mon fauteuil ne rentrait pas dans l'ascenseur, il a fallut une chaise dactylo a roulette pour atteindre la chambre, et dans la chambre je je rentrais pas non plus dans la salle de bain, il a fallu démonter la porte. Dans la salle de bain il n'y a pas de barres, les toilettes sont très bas, et la douche inaccessible. Pas contre on peut aisément aller au restaurant, il y a une rampe et les wc sont parfaits.

Il posto potenzialmente sarebbe meraviglioso, se non fosse che le camere non rinnovate sono maleodoranti e anche quelle "nuove" non sono state rinnovate interamente. Il personale, poi, ha un atteggiamento per lo più di grande sufficienza. Un vero peccato.

Hotel in posizione centralissima, vicino alla passeggiata di nervi. hotel assolutamente non un 4 stelle, ma 3 stelle. troppo caro x i servizi che offre, camera datata con mobilio vecchio le foto sul sito non corrispondevano assolutamente alla camera da noi assegnataci, ci siamo lamentati alla reception x questo motivo. colazione per niente varia e insufficiente. bello il giardinetto esterno accogliente e rilassante nel complessso sono rimasta scontenta, non ci tornerei

Perfekt für einen Ligurienurlaub

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Passegiata de Mare und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Genua und die schönen Orte der ligurischen Küste sind bequem erreichbar. Das Hotel mit familäre Atmosphäre und sehr freundlichem Personal ist somit der ideale Aufenthaltsort zur Erkundung Liguriens. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kehrt man gern in ein ruhiges Zimmer mit guter Klimatisierung zurück und freut sich auf das exellente Abendessen im Restaurant.
