The staff was very friendly but room dark, the window was not closing properly and the bathroom was not really clean. Also We can feel that many many people have slept i the bed, mat could be changed, but for a few days it wsa ok.

Property is very aged, rooms do not look clean, very noisy area, horrible exterior, we were forced to decide to move to another hotel despite we were very tired. Its a pity since usually holiday inn meet certain standards, this is not the case, they need to update everything.

My stay at the hotel was very bad. The lobby looked a bit nice and Staff was helpful. The ROOM was disaster like 1 Star Hotel, their was stains and the hygiene was very bad, very old room .

Rezalet

Rezervasyonumu en büyük çift kişilik yataklı oda için yaptım. Ancak bana iki tek kişilik yatağın birleştirildiği oda verdiler. Gece geç giriş yaptığım için ses çıkarmadım ama sabah çıkışta sorduğumda “sisteme bu şekilde düşmüştür” gibi ilgisiz ve sorumluluk almayan bir yanıt aldım. Müşteri memnuniyeti ve rezervasyona sadakat bu şekilde olmamalı. Ücretini tam olarak ödediğim hizmeti almak en doğal hakkım. Otelin bu konuda daha özenli ve profesyonel olması gerekiyor.

25 temmuz günü 1 geceliğine konakladık. Gördüğüm en berbat holiday inn oteliydi diyebilirim. Yatak inanılmaz konforsuz, odadaki kettle in içerisinde toz halde çay dökülüp çay demlenilmiş çay çöpüyle beraber içerisinde duruyordu. Duş bozuk sıcak soğuk ayarı tam yapılamıyor sabit sıcaklıkta su geliyor. Duş kabin kapısı bozuk şu önce banyo zeminine ardından odadaki halıfleks e doluyor. Halıfleks leş gibi özellikle oda ve banyo giriş kısmı. Ağır bir sigara kokusu hakim. ( hiç bir otelde sigara içilen odalarda dahi bu kadar keskin koku olmaz). Oda kliması iae çok iyi çalışıyor heralde tek güzel kısmı bu. Çıkışta resepsiyon önündeki bankonun üzerinde dahi toz doluydu.

Otel görevlisinden şikayetçiyiz onun dışında iyi

Otelin konumu temizliği odaların rahatlığı vs gayet güzeldi. Sadece otelden ayrılırken yaşadığımız hadise çok rahatsız ettiği için paylaşmak istedim ve puanı o sebepten kırdım. Havaalanına taksi çağrılmasını istedik sadece 1 saatimiz kaldığını söyledik. Otelin resepsiyonundaki görevli bizi farklı bir araca yönlendireceğini 85 liraya ayarlayacağını söyledi. Taksilerin standart 105 tl aldığını söyledi. Biraz bekledikten sonra bahsettiği aracın en erken 5-10 dk sonra gelebileceğini öğrendik ve aceleleyle taksi tuttuk. Taksi otelden havaalanına 85 lira tuttu. Yani açıkça hem uçuşumuzu tehlikeye atıp hem de bizi fiyat konusunda kandırmaya çalıştıkları için oteldeki resepsiyon görevlisi tamamen güven kaybı yaşattı.

İnternette verilen resimler ile Odanın genel durumunun aynı olmadığını gördüm. Oda eşyaları oldukça eskimiş durumda. Sigara içilmeyen oda istemeniz farketmez çünkü odalarda sigara içilmiş durumda. Kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptığınız sanırsınız... ancak hariç olduğunu göreceksiniz. Dolaysı ile kahvaltı dahil olan otel fiyatları ile doğru karşılaştırma yapmış olamayacaksınız. Bu da Hotels.com web sayfasının iyi tasarlanmamış olmasından kaynaklanıyor.
