Expected moore

Instead of as usual book Elite, I revisited CH for the first time in many years. I’m top tier in their layality program, but when booking through Expedia they didn’t recognised my status ( which in this case only reason I booked this hotel). It’s a shame, Strawberry and others actually give your benefits but you don’t earn as many points. The hotel itself is a bit worn and my room have no minibar, very cheap towels etc and bad airquality. Bed are not terrible but not far off. There’s Elite Grand nearby with better service, better rooms…same price so I will not stay here again.

Mindre bra för de pris som betalades

Upplevde personen som satt i receptionen när vi checkade in inte alls gav all info, sa inte vart rummet låg och frukosten fick jag fråga när och var den va. Frukosten, rummet och städningen var under all kritik för det priset man betalade. Fanns ett mjukt bröd att välja på och upplevdes inte som fräsch och god frukost som man tänkt sig för de priset men betalat. Personalen i frukosten sa varken godmorgon eller ens log åt oss när man fick ögonkontakt med de.

Jättevarmt och litet rum, två fläktar som knappt hjälpte att svalka rummet. Scandic CH hade behövt uppgradera och köpa in AC för att de skulle funka bo där igen.

Varmt, varmt, alldeles för varmt.

Med så här pass varma somrar så kan det nog vara en tanke att köpa in något slags kylande fläktar till rummen. Det gick inte att sova då det var så otroligt varmt på rummet och det hjälpte inte att öppna det lilla fönstret som man kunde öppna.
