As always, we had a wonderful stay at the Gatlinburg Inn. They have a great full breakfast. Located centrally on the parkway, making it easy to get wherever you want to go. Swimming pool is a nice size, and you can watch people go up and down the chair lift.

Love the historic feel! The staff is amazing. We had an issue while booking through Expedia and the staff worked with us to correct the issue. Highly recommend. The breakfast is one of the best in town and is included with your stay!! Room was very clean.

It was located right in downtown Gatlinburg! Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Never had to get in our car. Hotel was very clean, they took our luggage to our room for us, had an amazing breakfast, and the atmosphere was wonderful! Loved the old time feel of the hotel! Loved the view from the balcony of our room!

Super nice vintage hotel. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gave us a map of gatlinsburg, food places to eat and what their personal favorites were. Then when we checked out they sent us off with a slice of homemade blueberry bread! Will always choose this place to stay. Unlike any other hotel. We were genuinely family when we stayed.

Really nice people! First time staying here. I would not recommend if you hate a cardboard bed and moldy bathroom ceilings. However I booked a room for my older children at the Hampton. Their tissue was softer and the beds were more comfortable than this place. I would only recommend if you just want a unique older stay and a great tasting breakfast. Besides that there are other places I’ve stayed in Gatlinburg and was more relaxed. Price was too high in opinion!

It’s a great historic hotel. Brings you back to the days when times were simpler. Bathroom was updated and beds comfortable. Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and decent. Great location since it’s right in the middle of the parkway strip. Request a balcony in front of the hotel for street view if occasional noise from the street doesn’t bother you. Will definitely book here again.

Everything about this place was excellent. The location for us was a bonus. It is located in the middle of downtown next to the skyride and other shops. We found great music across the street on a rooftop venue on a Tues night.

If your not in to antiques dont stay. Its like stopping off in the 1940's but very clean. Bathroom space TERRIBLE. Staff was very nice though. Wont be back though! The room smelled like someone smoked in it and was told "we don't have smoking rooms". We bought an air freshener just for the room.
