"Good hotel that was clean and convenient. No frills persay... but very adequate for a place to sleep and get cleaned up during my trip! Would recommend for those looking for an affordable safe place to stay during an event-filled trip in Chicago."

"Check in was unpleasant, there were only 2 staff members and one staff member was on the phone and the other staff member that assisted me was overwhelmed. He mademe wait, write down my information even though i had a reservation as he had to attend to other customers they were at the concession. "

"The rooms are very outdated and the bathroom was a mess when I arrived. (Like hair in the shower) The hotel is very conveniently located so that is a huge plus and not super expensive. I felt safe the whole time, and staff was helpful when I arrived. "

"VERY hot hottub & very clean - perfect!! The gym was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely property. The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business practice and makes me think twice about booking with Hilton again."
