"The hotel was far from the shrine a long walk but the worst thing is the staff and their rudeness to think this area is suppose to be a pilgrimage area. There is only one staff, young man who understands english and is patient and nice to guests. The rest of the staff wont even bother to greet you or try to understand what you are saying and some even rude."

The most amazing feature was the wonderful front desk ladies who were always welcoming and smiling but i want to particularly express our thanks to Maria Francesca who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. "There are not many options to stay near the sanctuary. And this is one of them. The hotel is very dated and the rooms smelled like they were unused for some time and with some humidity in it. The food and breakfast were good though. Just for one night is ok."

"Gorgeous resort off the beaten path- felt like a slice of heaven- room was modern, comfortable- stayed on the nonpremium side of resort, but was beautiful with elevator down to private beach with assigned chairs- sea was so lovely. Felt like an amazing way to start our trip in Puglia. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner- breathtaking views- staff were so nice. Thank you!"
