We found our accommodation to be truly unique and authentic, much like a classic rustic setting straight out of a film. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in its construction were evident throughout. The manager (Bruno) was very helpful. The experience of our stay enhanced our already beautiful visit to Lake Garda. We hope to come back again.

L’emplacement et les lieux son parfait, cependant on remarque qu’il y a un manque d’attention. L’hôtel semble être laissez aller. Je considère cet hôtel comme un 3 étoiles et demi, mais pas un 4 étoiles. Manque de service, pas de café dans les chambres, deco pas au goût du jour. Il y a 30, il devait être un magnifique hôtel mais aujourd’hui n’est plus ce qu’il a été

es ist ein altes Gebäude, welches dringend grundrenoviert werden müsste: die Zimmer sind in einem schlechten Zustand, feucht und riechen unangenehm, es fehlt an Sauberkeit, überall kleine Insekten im Zimmer, Flecken und Löcher am Lampenschirm und in den Gardinen, die Wandfarben blättern ab, sehr laute Klimaanlage, spärliches Frühstück, der Gartenbepflanzung ist zu dicht (Brutstätte für Insekten), Gartenstühle und -liegen wurden während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, man gab uns zuerst ein sehr kleines Zimmer, wo wenig Platz für Gepäck war, ein Upgrade kostete pro Nacht 50,-- EUR, dieser Aufpreis war aber nicht gerechtfertigt - Pool und Spa wurden von uns nicht getestet, daher dafür keine Bewertung

Bel hôtel, mauvaise chambre.

Problème de chambre à l'arrivée, l'option romantique avec balcon n'a pas été transmise à l'hôtel, qui nous a dans un premier temps logé dans une chambre peu lumineuse et au rez-de-chaussée. Après échange à l'accueil, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre de meilleure qualité (partie historique de l'hôtel), mais sans vue sur le lac. C'est bien dommage, le séjour s'est autrement très bien passé, les massages sont de très bonne qualité.

Hotel di gran fascino con vista sul lago di Garda, si tratta di un hotel diviso in tre edifici, tuttavia questa particolarità non crea alcun problema. Personale molto cortese ed è una struttura nella quale tornerei volentieri.

Ho soggiornato una notte nella camera romantic con vista lago. E devo dire che ne è valsa la pena. Aspetto della camera e un po' antico ma, non dispiace. La vista sicuramente è il punto forte del hotel e la pulizia ottima. Il personale cordiale e spiega tutto alla perfezione appena si arriva.

Tutto eccellente, dal personale alle camere al panorama. Unica cosa da segnalare è la mancanza di alcune mattonelle della piscina: appoggiando il corpo al muretto che divide la piscina dalla parte con idromassaggio il costume si è strappato.

Gefallen hat mir der schöne Ausblick auf den See...aus dem Zimmer und beim Frühstück. Das ganze Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen....Zimmer, Essräume aber trotzdem noch gut. Der Wellnessbereich Sauna , Schwimmbad einfach nur super. Es hat uns im ganzen dort sehr gut gefallen.

Niemals 4 **** Komfort mit schlechtem Service

Empfang freundlich - doch zu wenig Informationen. 1 Licht funktionierte nicht, Beim Frühstück nur Tische ohne Bedienung im Schatten (bei über 30Grad). Kein Hotelbeschrieb, kein Papier, kein Schreibzeug auf Zimmer, unfreundlicher, nicht aufmerksamer Service. Am 2. Abend bis nach Mitternach laute Opan-Air Disco - nicht mit Ruhe oder gemütlicher Ergolung. Beim Check Out wurden uns Getränke verrechnet die wir nicht konsumiert haben 😕. Zimmerreinigung nicht sauber. Fazit kein 4 Sternehotel und niemals 280.— pro Tag Zimmer mit Frühstück wert - sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Nicht zu empfehlen - wissen nicht wie das Hotel 9 vom 10 Punkte Wertung erreicht hat! Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen!
