Golf service was not as slick as I thought it would be; missed out on maximizing our golf due to a shortage of golf carts for Montegu course; mislead on how “easy” it was to walk....

We parked directly outside the hotel and had a lovely welcome from one of the managers who showed us our rooms ( in the annex) - our bags were brought up straight away.
