The property was a little difficult to find because the sign was quite small, but the staff was extremely helpful, the owner had a wonderful sense of humor and wasn’t excellent host. The view was fantastic and the food was very good. We will book with them again.

Super séjour à Galéria

Très bon accueil de Corinne à notre arrivée. Chambre petite pour 3 personnes mais la vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner simple ( pain, yaourts, viennoiseries, boisson chaude, oeufs etc...). Hotel face à la mer juste à traverser la route. Le restaurant très bon avec des une mention spéciale pour les serveurs ( Francesco et Fredo )

Un petit hôtel sans prétention juste parfait

Ici tout est simple mais parfait 👍 du sourire à l’accueil, à la chambre (12) très bien (magnifique vue sur la baie de la jolie petite terrasse, taille parfaite, wc séparés, grande sdb, bonne isolation bruit et jour, super literie), en passant par le parking sans souci juste devant l’hôtel, sans oublier le restaurant lui aussi au top avec un serveur incroyable d’efficacité et de sympathie. Petit dej simple mais nickel. Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus que prévu tellement nous étions bien. EXCELLENT rapport qualité/prix.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hotel restaurant, face à la mer . Dame de l'accueil très sympathique , ainsi que tout le monde. Nous serions bien restés davantage tellement l'endroit est reposant .

Rustig gelegen hotel in een heel vriendelijk dorpje. Alle kamers hebben prachtig uitzicht op zee. Kamer is netjes en schoon. Je mag niet picknicken op de kamer. Aanvankelijk kon de koelkast niet aangesloten worden maar na hier navraag over te hebben gedaan is er een koelkastje neergezet met stroom. Minpuntje was de open douche waardoor het water op de badkamervloer stroomde.

1-A notre arrivé a l'hôtel, le sol de la chambre était sale...des cheveux partout ( il a fallut passé un coup daspi avant notre installation) 2-Pas de serviettes de dispo dans chambre. Le point positif de l'hôtel c'est sa literie très confortable et sa situation avec vue sur la plage. Le personnel de l'accueil était sympathique et disponible. L'agent de l'accueil était débordé par les multiples tâches ( réception+ ménage des chambres+service terrasse). La plage de Galeria est un endroit magnifique.

non mi e piaciuta la camera perche le fotografie non erano quelle dela camera che ho ricevuto quando sonno arrivata. ho prenotato tramite voi la camera standard ma le foto errano della camera superiore, che era molto diferente dalla mia camera. La propretaria mi ha fatto vedere che ho paghato la stanzza standard ma la cifra era diferente, io ho paghato 544 eur ma lei ha ricevuto 466 eur. Sul vostro sito per la camera dopia standard c'e scrito: Dettagli della camera 1 letto matrimoniale Camera di 17 metri quadrati con balcone e vista sul mare Disposizione: zona salotto separata Internet: accesso via cavo a Internet gratuito Intrattenimento: TV a schermo piatto con canali via cavo Pasti e bevande: minibar Camera da letto: lenzuola Bagno: bagno privato con doccia, set di cortesia gratuito e asciugacapelli Informazioni pratiche: cassaforte, ferro e asse da stiro e scrivania Comfort: riscaldamento, ventilatore e pulizie giornaliere Informazioni importanti: culle non disponibili Non fumatori A noi ci hanno datto una stanzza di cca 10 m2 in primo piano che guardava alla terazza del bar e tuti potevano vedere in camera. Nel bagno non cerano set di cortesia gratuito e asciugacapelli. Non cera il ferro e asse da stiro, non cera il mini bar, la tv e l'internet non funzionavano. Per la mia inssistenza ci hanno trasferito in un altro hotel senza la vista sul mare e senza balcone. Voglio che mi si restituische almeno la diferenzza nell prezzo 544,44 eur che io ho paghato

Points négatifs : on commencera par le vis à vis direct de la salle d'eau (depuis une grande fenêtre) du rez de chaussée sur le passage des personnesbet de ma cuisine extérieure . Ensuite la qualité des chambres et les prestations pour un prix beaucoup trop élevé ! Bien sûr, pour accéder aux chambres à l'étage, vous passerez par le derrière de la cuisine qui balance tous les detritus dans le passage ! Cet hôtel est en carton ! Points positif : le ménage des cyambres est fait, et tout est propre ! Merci aux personnel de ménage qui est là pour relever la note ! Une étoile à eux.

Cambiato in peggio dall'anno scorso! Colazione all'esterno a pulizie quasi zero. Durante i 15 minuti della colazione l'addetta si infilava in camera e in un attimo faceva le pulizie (si fa per dire). In camera odore costante di fogna. Spero però che migliorino i servizi, perché il posto è bello e vorrei ritornarci
