However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The room appeared to be in need of a rewire, and being situated above a wedding function meant there was noise late into the morning hours, with furniture being moved around for cleaning. The mattress was firmer than expected, which may not suit all guests. Additionally, on arrival, I felt the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a nice stay with some areas that require attention for improvement. "

"The pool was warm but the hot tub was out of order today so not able to use which was very disappointing seeing as it wasn't working properly yesterday either and is a big part of the attraction of staying at Cave Castle. It was also not pointed out by the leisure centre staff when wishing to use the leisure facilities which it should have been. Poor service definitely"
