The bathtub was chipped, the bathroom floors were dirty, and the toilet was nearly unbolted from the floor. Additionally, the soda machine was not functioning properly—the drinks were warm and tasted stale. If it hadn’t been so late when I checked in, I would have canceled my reservation and found another hotel. "
